Facilities at the V&A Waterfront Village

Swimming Pool

Guests staying at the luxury one, two, three and four bedroom apartments at The Waterfront Village have access to three swimming pools. The first pool is located at the entrance of the Bannockburn block, and is heated. Private and secluded, with sun loungers and 3 water features pouring into the pool, the Bannockburn pool provides tranquillity. The second swimming pool is located at the entrance of the Ellesmere and Faulconier blocks. Bordering the waters of the canal, the smaller Faulconier pool has a spacious and open feel. The lap swimming pool is located on the roof deck of the Quarterdeck gym providing spectacular views of the marina. The lap swimming pool is the largest pool at The Waterfront Village Apartments and is heated.

Gym

The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located in the Waterfront Village. The facilities in the Quarterdeck gym include, state-of-the-art gym equipment, including 2 tread mills, bicycles, rowing machines and more.

Dining: Café Bascule Breakfast

A memorable and delicious breakfast is offered at the Bascule at the 5 star Cape Grace Hotel, for guests staying at the Waterfront Village which is a short walk from the luxury apartments.

Underground Parking

Guests are offered the facility of underground parking at The Waterfront Village and all apartments have at least one parking bay allocated to them.

The Waterfront Village offers the same quality of services as a luxury hotel. The Waterfront Village offers first-class housekeeping services, a central reception, concierge, security and luxury transfer services.

Reception

The reception area is located at the entrance to the Waterfront Village Luxury Apartments and is a welcoming space, furnished with couches and equipped with a computer for guests' use. The front desk in the Waterfront Village operates seven days a week from 07h00 until 20h00 daily.

Concierge

A full concierge service is available to guests of the V&A Waterfront Village:

Directions from the Cape Town Airport to the V&A Waterfront Village Apartments

Waterfront Village Reception:
Mind Pearl House, West Quay Road, V & A Waterfront, Cape Town
  • Exit Airport Direction N2 Cape Town, and as you approach the city, follow the N2 CITY, FORESHORE, SEA POINT signage.
  • Follow N2 Stad/City signs until you arrive at a large intersection with several sets of traffic lights (Coen Steytler Avenue) The CTICC is on left hand side (+- 22 kms) and the V&A Waterfront on your right hand side.
  • Turn Right towards the Waterfront. At the traffic circle (+- 150m), take the second exit into West Quay road, direction Cape Grace.
  • The Second office block on your left hand side is Mind Pearl House.
  • Village and Life reception is situated in office 4 on the ground floor.
